Another fabulous session with Anik! This session was perfectly timed after having just got back from a two week period immersed in family dynamics! We celebrated the growth I achieved as we discuss things that normally would have been triggers. Additionally I got some real insight into understanding patterns I've been working on. Yee ha! I love the recap I receive after each session - it's such a great way to chart progress, and remind myself of where I was and how far I've come. Onward and upward!!

During the past year with Anik in my Divine Year Program I have grown so much! Having Aniks's support was life changing for me. I went from low confidence, and without what I would call meaningful connections with true friends. Fasforward several months later, I hvae gained so much confidence and those friendships I was seeking are blooming :) Anik helped me uncover what was holding me back and guided me with practices to implement. I won't say it has been easy but I am commited to my growth so looking back at the past year... what an amazing transformation in so many more ways, too many to name. Thank you so so much Anik! xoxo
