During the past year with Anik in my Divine Year Program I have grown so much! Having Aniks's support was life changing for me. I went from low confidence, and without what I would call meaningful connections with true friends. Fasforward several months later, I hvae gained so much confidence and those friendships I was seeking are blooming :) Anik helped me uncover what was holding me back and guided me with practices to implement. I won't say it has been easy but I am commited to my growth so looking back at the past year... what an amazing transformation in so many more ways, too many to name. Thank you so so much Anik! xoxo

It was an absolutely uplifting and amazing experience interviewing with Anik. She’s so down to earth, raw, real, and refreshing. I’m grateful for the experience. I only have many positive things to say about her.

Oof! What a session with Anik today. We dug deep and I’m still reeling from what we unpacked. With a compassionate, yet firm approach, Anik helped me to let go of resistance and offer love and understanding to a part of me that was created for safety as a child, but now needs to soften and work with other parts of me. I am excited to see how this release unfolds in my life.
